A lovely set to keep you cosy. A beret, lacy mitts and a scarf with pompoms. Knitted in Wendy Mode Dk but of course you can substitute as always. One suggestion is to go for Rowan Alpaca Colour. Huggably soft with phased stripes. Comes in mellow shades or bolds. Or if you are after the simple look Wendy Merino DD is another good alternative. But if budget is a wee bit tight Sirdar Countrystyle Dk will tick all essential boxes. These all come in one size - average lady , whatever that is, but you can make adjustments quite easily if needed. All these items are knitted on two needles. Hat and mitts require 3.25 and 4mm needles and scarf wants 4mm needles Colours may vary from those shown. |
