Easy Chunky Blanket pattern for children in Hayfield Baby Blossom Chunky 4676
Three patterns to choose from for incredibly easy blankets for babies and small children, even the border of the stocking stitch blanket is included in the main knitting and not an add on so no need for picking up stitches. Knitted in the new, very pretty Hayfield Blossom Chunky yarn, or you could use the plain Baby Chunky, or you could get carried away and mix the two! The wave pattern will ease the novice knitter into something a little more challenging.
The yarn itself is simply lovely, soft with a bit of give but not alot, important for chunkies, otherwise they will stretch with the weight of the yarn. Self patterning, comes in 100g balls and very washable.
