Party Time Foiled Die Cut Decoupage | 2 Designs | Antia's

With this little pack, you can create two cards from the two featured designs!

One features a sweet little bear and elephant, wearing little party hats as they float away in a basket attached to  several colourful balloons that say "HAPPY"

The other has a bunny and a cat, holding to even more fun balloons, with a balloon in the centre saying "Party time!".  

All that's need to make these into cards is a piece of card and some 3D foam dots or squares to help layer up the pieces!

And you don't have to worry about cutting these pieces out! Just carefully push the pieces out of the paper and voila! All the the bits you need are ready to use!
