Crochet your own Chicks for Easter or for any time of year. You could make a mobile out of them. There is Mummy Chick and her multi-coloured babies. They are made starting with the "magic ring" which is simply a crossed loop as if you are tying a knot but left open then you crochet into the loop and pull the ring tight closed at the end of the round. There are pictures in the pattern to help. Or you can do it the traditional way if you prefer. Just add stuffing and some felt for combs, feet and beaks. Use a 2.5mm crochet hook. Colours may vary from those shown. |
