Description
A set of 4 x 20ml assorted mediums for use in acrylic painting.
Mediums are additives which alter or enhance the characteristics of colour. They are used to change the rate of drying, increase gloss, improve flow, provide texture, etc. Endless combinations can be made, and the opportunity to create something different.
Includes:
Flow Improver - Increases the flow of colour allowing a flat, even application without changing the colour strength. Maintains no colour shift from wet to dry, when used with Winsor & Newton Artists' Acrylic. Also maintains the stability of colour and slightly slows drying time.
Gloss Medium - Increases the depth, transparency and flow of colour for blending fine details. Provides an even gloss finish. Maintains no colour shift from wet to dry, when used with Winsor & Newton Artists' Acrylic.
Matt Medium - Provides an even matt finish, whilst improving the transparency and flow of colour for blending fine details. Maintains no colour shift from wet to dry, when used with Winsor & Newton Artists' Acrylic.
Slow Drying Medium - Slows the drying of colour, to give more working time for extending blending and manipulation. Maintains no colour shift from wet to dry, when used with Winsor & Newton Artists' Acrylic.
Also includes a practical carry bag.
