1). The yarn is beautiful and easy with which to work. 2). The total order was not fulfilled. I have requested the 3 balls that Outback Yarn owes me, but have not received any correspondence regarding my requests. I wish I had read other reviews of the business before I made the online purchase because lack of communication was mentioned often.
