Shipping & Delivery

  • DURING NORMAL TRADING: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt. This does not include Bank/Public Holidays. Our working days are Monday to Friday, 10am-5pm.
  • We will advise the customer of any goods out of stock as promptly as possible and the order will be forwarded at the first opportunity unless the customer requests otherwise. An alternative may be suggested via email if there is one available. Until a reply to this email is received, the order will be held. Please check your email spam for confirmation/follow-up emails when placing an order.
  • Any order we are unable to fulfil will be refunded. This may be an entire order, or parts thereof.
  • All post will be dispatched by Royal Mail or by Parcel Force unless otherwise requested. Any additional costs for using alternative courier services must be covered by the customer.
  • Delivery prices are subject to change and will be specified during purchase. This is dependent on prices set by Royal Mail and Parcelforce.
  • We cannot guarantee next day delivery within the UK unless specifically requested via phone before 12 noon of order date. This will result in additional charges of which customers will be advised of at the time (dependent on destination and parcel size/weight etc)
  • Customers are asked to allow up to seven working days for delivery within the United Kingdom and Europe and up to eight weeks to reach the rest of the world if International Standard delivery is chosen for postage.
  • Royal Mail may send International Standard items via land/sea if it is considered too bulky/heavy/large. We have no control over this and are not informed by Royal Mail if this is the case. Items that this occurs to may take significantly longer to arrive at their destination.
  • Postage timeframe begins from from receipt of dispatch notification, not from date of order.
  • We cannot offer tracking for orders sent via International Standard delivery under any circumstances. Customers agree upon purchase to risk parcels potentially going missing enroute with this delivery method as we have no control over the delivery process for untracked items once we handover to the Royal Mail Service. Customers who wish to have the tracking option enabled for International Delivery must select this option at checkout.
  • Customers are asked to promptly let us know if goods don't arrive within the above stated timeframes. We will attempt to chase after them via Royal Mail. Any goods found to have been delivered will be considered goods received, so please ensure the delivery address is correct as we cannot take responsibility for packages delivered to the wrong address if this was down to customer error.
  • Packages that are found to have been lost in transit will be replaced, free of additional postage charge in the UK. Customers ordering for international delivery who had not requested tracking on the original order will be required to pay the additional postage costs to have tracking enabled for the replacement package. This is to ensure that the goods are received the second time. If both packages are delivered, the original goods remain the property of Art to Go Ltd and must be returned promptly at the customers expense.
  • Any packages or goods received damaged must be brought to our attention within two days of receipt of goods. We will ask for return of goods and original packaging for our inspection and replacement goods will be forwarded. No responsibility will be accepted by us for damage done after receipt of goods.
  • A refund will be given on postage for any goods returned to us sent out by our own error and with prior agreement with ourselves. Any returned items must be in a state for re-sale unless previously agreed upon in writing via email, otherwise a refund will not be presented.
  • Any goods returned to us as unwanted or mistakenly ordered by customers outside the UK will not be subject to re-imbursement for postage or packaging costs. UK customers have access to Royal Mail Free Return option.

We try our very best to ensure that your knitting order is in your hands as soon as possible. If something unexpected does arise we will be sure to inform you of this to enable you to make an informed decision on what to do next. We try very hard to dispatch your order the same day it was made however, if it is past 3pm or a weekend, we cannot guarantee dispatch that day.

With so many products in stock, we usually will be able to fulfil your order on the same day for dispatch, however, if a product is temporarily out of stock or you’d like a large quantity, we may require more time to collate and fulfil the order requirements. This can sometimes mean we will need to backorder products with a supplier. If this is the case, you will be notified for consent as soon as possible and failing a response to this a refund will be offered.

The cost of delivery is calculated during the checkout process based on the delivery location and weight of the items ordered.
