Her gardens were a mix of many varieties of daylilies in yellow, orange and deep red, and I particularly liked those with lots of spots and speckles. When I saw the wonderful peach and red Carolina Lilies, with their dramatic dots, curving petals and dramatic arches, I fell in love. The curve of the petals, and the hanging stamen remind me of twirling dancers with their elegant legs and ballet slippers. I've added graceful ferns, lacy leaves and a painted paisley to accompany the spotted florals. The colors are Ruby, Peach, Grass and Aqua, with a few pops of Teal. Yes, that means there are five new Thatched colors to complement the collection. I hope you enjoy the drama of this Carolina beauty - my Carolina Lilies". We offer our fabrics in Fat Quarter Units. The minimum cut quantity is 1 Fat Quarter. So if one unit is purchased we will send 1 Fat Quarter If you are purchasing more than 1 Fat Quarter (more than 1 unit) then you need to increase the number of units to suit how much fabric you need. For example, 4 units will be 1 metre of fabric, which we will send as 1 piece of uncut fabric unless otherwise requested in the order. List of units to width is:
If purchasing an odd number of Fat Quarters (units) such as 3, 5 or 7 units etc. then we will be sent the fabric as 1 piece plus 1 Fat Quarter (unless otherwise requested) eg:
Fat Quarters – approximately 50cm x 56cm / 20” x 22” Fat Quarters are a 50cm length which is (times the width of the bolt) which is split in halfway along the width to give 56cm/22” Some fabrics may have slightly different dimension due to the width of different bolts of fabrics.
