This decoupage sheet features two charming decoupage toppers, one of them showing a hanging basket brimming with dainty little flowers, surrounded by butterflies and a dragonfly and the other showing a wheelbarrow filled with vibrant florals ready to be planted with a bird perched on the handle!
This sheet comes with two topper designs with various layer pieces to use! As well as a wee tag, two little labels and a little tab with the sentiment "Have a great day!" on it.
