This rotary cutter from Fiskars is absolutely top notch! As it has a comfortable ergonomic design and easy to use mechanisms! 

You simply squeeze the trigger in the handle to push out the blade and push the lock button to hold it in place! And to retract the blade, just unlock the blade, release the trigger and the blade will slide back in! Just remember to put the lock back on!

Replacement blades are available, cutting as well as scoring and pinking blades!

And better yet, the blade on this cutter can be switched on either side, so this blade can be used by right handers or lefties!

Blade sharpeners are also available.
