The Laboratory collection by Tim Holtz evokes a feeling of mystery with forgotten formulations, molecular experiments, and curated specimens it captures a peculiar feeling of mystery and a want to explore and uncover these puzzling, bizarre things that have been lost to years past.

We measure our fabrics in quarter units. The minimum cut quantity is 1 fat quarter. So if one unit is purchased we will send 1 fat quarter.

Customers purchasing more than 1 unit, in multiples of 2, 4, 6 etc will receive their fabric as 1 piece.

• 2 units - ½ metre x the width of the bolt
• 4 units - 1 metre x the width of the bolt
• 6 units - 1 ½ metres x the width of the bolt
• 8 units - 2 metres x the width of the bolt
• and so on...

If purchasing an odd quantity such as 3, 5 or 7 units etc, is ordered, then we will send the fabric as 1 piece with an extra quarter eg:

• 1 unit - 1 fat quarter
• 3 units - 0.75cm
• 5 units - 1.25m
• 7 units - 1.75m 
• and so on...

Fat Quarters are approximately  50cm x 56cm or 20” x 22”

Fat Quarters are a 50cm length which is (times the width of the bolt) which is split in half along the width to give 56cm/22”

Some fabrics may have slightly different dimensions due to the width of different bolts of fabrics.
