Opal is my favourite brand
Opal is my favourite brand of sock yarn. It never fails to please, and is always as it looks in the pic on the ball band - unlike one or two other brands! Lovely to knit with too, and if I knit my size (6-7) ankle socks with contrast cuffs, toes & heels, I can get 2 pairs out of a 100g ball, usually with both pairs pattern-matched. OK, it's not cheap, but you do get your money's worth.
