FAB DK Acrylic 100g knitting tarn
Quality of wool as expected. Service, communication and turn around time excellent bearing in mind Covid issues - Tom was sending emails past 10pm so was working very hard (I have this vision of him alone late at night in a warehouse surrounded by mountains of wool and busy packing parcels) so 10 out of 10 for effort. The only reason for making this 4 stars rather than 5, is that one of the three balls I was sent had a different Lot number from the other two. Well done!
