Pony Small Knitting Gauge
An essential piece of kit, a knitting gauge keeps you right on needle sizes of any unmarked or elderly needles which have lost their markings. Simply stick the needle through the hole and the one that just allows the needle to slide through is the size of the needle.
The knitting gauge also acts as a ready reckoner on size conversion from metric to imperial to U.S sizes from 2mm / UK 14 up to 10 mm / UK 000. Unfortunately imperial stops at this size....
There are also inches and cm / mm marked down the sides so it doubles up as a handy ruler for measuring knitting or checking tension.
Snall enough to keep with your needles in a case at 6" / 15cm long and 1.5" / 4cm approx wide it won't get in the way or weigh you down.
Made from durable ivory coloured plastic with markings and numbers etched in to the plastic and painted red for ease of reading.
