A pretty collection of fabrics depicting the beauty of the seaside and what attracts us to these special places.
This collection is designed by renowned British illustrator Anita Jeram, whose work you may recognise from the popular children's book 'Guess How Much I Love You' and its sequel book 'When I'm Big', both of which have been featured in Clothwork's past collections and her charming illustration work is presented throughout this collection.
With ditsy shells scattered on the beach, the gentle waves and creatures of the sea with playful dogs and mermaids are all featured in this lovely range, printed in a mix of pastel blues, turquoise and sandy beiges, nostalgic colours reminiscent of the seashore!
This collection also includes a delightful panel that features six little frames of sights and scenes found at the seaside! This panel can be used for the centrepiece of a quilt or be cut up into small squares to be incorporated into a quilt design and not just that! Those squares could be made into little cushions, a cute wee tote bag, a drawstring bag or even a child's playmat!
