A classic toy for the ages!  This toy is simple and fun to play with!

Just carefully position the Whizzer disc in the centre of the strings, then, holding the handles, swing the around in a circle so the string start winding together, and once they're a bit wound, pull the handles apart and the rope should retwist itself and when it does, pull harder and WHIZZ! The disc starts spinning with a whizzing sound and will start to rewind the strings, so pull again! And again! Keep that whizzing noise going!
