Sirdar Supersoft Aran
Cardigans are always useful especially for children as an extra layer to make sure they wrap up warm. This pattern offers a choice of hoodie or cardi, both have pockets for useful bits or, more likely rubbish and leaky things. Either can beknotted for a boy or a girl. Oddly no one has grumbled yet about a boy wearing pink, in fact they have gone with the idea. They may have argued that it is in fact plum though.....
Knitted in Sirdar Supersoft Aran but you could easily use Hayfield Bonus Aran or Wendy Aran if you want a bit of wool content.
This pattern requires 4mm and 5mm needles.
