The Lisa Richardson Crochet Along 2017 by Rowan Yarns

I don't blog often. As the owner of bricks and mortar shop I do excessive amounts of chatting daily to customers. As anyone who visits knows! 

Generally there is daily running theme which we encourage customers whether they are regulars or just passing through to join in. It is all just good fun!

Knit along and crochet alongs are alot like this. These are set up to encourage people to get involved in bigger projects but in bite size chunks. Step in or out as and when at your own pace, rate and experience level.

I have to admit that the Kaffe Fassett Knit along was more of a marathon so anyone out there who completed all those squares without needing a visit to A and E 

WELL DONE!

This brand new project is aimed at crocheters, especially those who think making granny squares is a sign of crochet failure, reason unknown!

The project runs for 16 weeks and is made up in blocks. 

The yarn chosen is the gorgeous famous Felted Tweed Dk of which 12 colours are included and to complete the blanket you need 2 of each shade will be required.

Since the first stage requires 10 of these then you are almost halfway there to the cost! Needless to say you don't need to buy all you need at once, although we are offering a special discount on 10 or more balls of Felted Tweed to give you a hand. 

 Included in the Crochet Along are helpful hints, tips, even a video if you feel additional support may help. Links will be provided as required.

Crochet Hook and Other Materials

3.50mm (no 9) (US E4) crochet hook.

Sewing needle with eye of needle large enough to thread yarn through and also with a blunt end.
