The colours blend easily with water making them highly versatile, for colouring, cartooning, craft as well as art.

The selection includes brights as well as pastels, including black and white.

The pencils themselves are made from sustainable wood sources with a soft, colour rich core that glides across the paper, and blends easily with the addition of water. The coloured core is 3.3 mm, broad enough to leave plenty of colour behind, and the barrels are coated with a semi-matt water based varnish, so non-toxic to children and the environment, and have a place on the barrel to write a childs' name or a colour name.
