Rouennieries Deux | French General | Moda Fabrics | Individual Fabrics

After spending many summers in France looking for the perfect French red, I finally found a collection of old prints that represented what rural life looked like in the 18th and 19th centuries. Based on our first collection, Rouenneries, this group of lovely prints is inspired by the red florals that were printed in Rouen, France in the 18th century. Old French red, faded cranberry and natural linen colours all make up a collection that is a perfect combination to create a French-inspired quilt.

We offer our fabrics in Fat Quarter Units. The minimum cut quantity is 1 Fat Quarter. 

We offer our fabrics in Fat Quarter Units. The minimum cut quantity is 1 Fat Quarter. So if one unit is purchased we will send 1 Fat Quarter

If you are purchasing more than 1 Fat Quarter (more than 1 unit) then you need to increase the number of units to suit how much fabric you need. For example 4 units will be 1 metre of fabric, which we will send as 1 piece of uncut fabric, unless otherwise requested in the order. List of units to width is:

• 2 units - ½ metre x the width of the bolt
• 4 units - 1 metre x the width of the bolt
• 6 units - 1 ½ metres  x the width of the bolt
• and so on

If purchasing an odd number of Fat Quarters (units) such as 3, 5 or 7 units etc. then we will be send the fabric as 1 piece plus 1 Fat Quarter (unless otherwise requested) eg:

• 3 units - 0.50m + 1 fat quarter
• 5 units - 1.00m + 1 fat quarter
• 7 units - 1.50m  + 1 fat quarter
• and so on

Fat Quarters – approximately  50cm x 56cm  / 20” x 22”

Fat Quarters are a 50cm length which is (times the width of the bolt) which is split in half along the width to give 56cm/22”

Some fabrics may have slightly different dimension due to the width of different bolts of fabrics.
