Sirdar Freya Chunky Knitting Yarn in 50g Balls and a Great Range of Shades

Sirdar Freya feels like a chunky mohair blended yarn; soft, slightly fuzzy, light, cosy and definitely cuddly. In fact this yarn would be a winner for knitting toys in! It is in fact made out of 55% cotton, 31% acrylic and 14% polyester blend which has been brushed up, reducing it's weight and the number of balls required to knit a cardi. There is a design collection for women and girls full of the most perfect knits including textured tunics, easy hoodies, long-line cardies and stylish accessories. The tweedy look helps you forget its cottoniness too! So all in all unless it proves to be a nightmare to knit which I don't think it will then Sirdar Freya represents fantastic value for money. Just wash on the right setting though.........Sirdar Freya is machine washable on a delicate wool cycle making it easy to care for.
