The Sweet Life is about creating a happy life filled with joyful things you love. Looking at flowers, growing flowers and drawing flowers is a constant inspiration of mine. Flowers are one the greatest joys I know. I share this ‘Sweet love’ of flowers with my mom...we are always sending flowers photos to each other! The designs in The Sweet Life spring from the gardens and the textures I see in the gardens I visit. The prints have morning glories and posies twirling and dancing alongside the texture prints of tiny ‘+’ signs, my bubble quilting, and lovely words! My batiks are rich and gorgeous, like a sweet life should be, with a wonderful variety of textures that can go with everything. To make my life sweet, I fill my home with happy joyful things! Do projects that make you happy as often as you can. Being a happy person attracts all things sweet and good in your life.
