Clara’s Garden is named in memory of the designer's great, great grandmother who came to Kansas as a widow with five children to settle in Kansas during the late 1800s. After suffering the loss of her husband at a young age as they were travelling from the East to take advantage of the vast open plains of the West, where she built a home for her family and cultivated the land she bought and grew many crops and vegetables. and the designer created this wonderful range of fabrics to honour her great-grandmother and what she achieved!
