INC : increase by working into front and back of stitch
DEC : decrease by working 2 stitches together

ALT : alternate
REP : repeat
CONT : continue

FOLL : following
REM : remain(ing)
RS : right side
WS : wrong side
CM : centimetres
IN : inches
MM : millimetres
