Kansas Troubles Quilters is an American quilter and fabric designer who specialises in traditional quilting. This collection was inspired by the strong friendships she has developed with other quilters over the years: 

"The connections we make with our quilting friends is based on a mutual passion for creating, sharing and supporting. They help us shop and select the perfect pattern & fabrics, cheer us on through a difficult piecing project, and cheer enthusiastically when we show the finished quilt, even when it’s not perfect. We can turn to them for personal reassurance, to overcome creative roadblocks and to listen - really listen - to our hopes, dreams and crazy ideas like only a woman friend can."

We offer our fabrics in Fat Quarter Units. The minimum cut quantity is 1 Fat Quarter. So if one unit is purchased we will send 1 Fat Quarter

If you are purchasing more than 1 Fat Quarter (more than 1 unit) then you need to increase the number of units to suit how much fabric you need. For example 4 units will be 1 metre of fabric, which we will send as 1 piece of uncut fabric, unless otherwise requested in the order. List of units to width is:

• 2 units - ½ metre x the width of the bolt
• 4 units - 1 metre x the width of the bolt
• 6 units - 1 ½ metres  x the width of the bolt
• and so on

If purchasing an odd number of Fat Quarters (units) such as 3, 5 or 7 units etc. then we will be send the fabric as 1 piece plus 1 Fat Quarter (unless otherwise requested) eg:

• 3 units - 0.50m + 1 fat quarter
• 5 units - 1.00m + 1 fat quarter
• 7 units - 1.50m  + 1 fat quarter
• and so on

Fat Quarters – approximately  50cm x 56cm  / 20” x 22”

Fat Quarters are a 50cm length which is (times the width of the bolt) which is split in halfway along the width to give 56cm/22”

Some fabrics may have slightly different dimension due to the width of different bolts of fabrics.
